TPNPB STATEMENT BY COMMANDER OF GENERAL OPERATIONS AROUND THE TERRITORIAL AREA OF WEST PAPUA MAYJEN LEKAGAK.

STATEMENT CONTENT;
1. That, the TPNPB War was opened starting from December 2, 2018 by the Commander of KODAP III Ndugama Ekianus Kogeya in Yigi District and destroying the TNI post in Mbua was an official war and it was on my orders as the TPNPB general operations commander in Papua. This war is the Revulusi stage, according to the declaration of the Revolution of the Stages that we have issued on January 27, 2018 in Yambi, Papua's Puncak Jaya. And aims only to demand the right of independence for the Papuans;
STATEMENT CONTENT;
1. That, the TPNPB War was opened starting from December 2, 2018 by the Commander of KODAP III Ndugama Ekianus Kogeya in Yigi District and destroying the TNI post in Mbua was an official war and it was on my orders as the TPNPB general operations commander in Papua. This war is the Revulusi stage, according to the declaration of the Revolution of the Stages that we have issued on January 27, 2018 in Yambi, Papua's Puncak Jaya. And aims only to demand the right of independence for the Papuans;
2. That, therefore, I, as the Commander of the General Operations of the Revolutionary War Stages for the Liberation of West Papua, stated to the public globally that all of these events were open wars by my troops, and the war continued until the recognition of independence fell. In this case the TPNPB National Command is responsible for all actions that have been and will be carried out by Free Papua fighters from the OPM Military Wing;
3. And confirms that the location of the war will take place in the Mapenduma area until Napuwa, the TPNPB war area and the TNI / Polri. And for the Lani Jaya region, Puncak Jaya and Puncak Papua is an open war area;
4. And for the Kwiyawage region specifically the TNI / Polri is banned from entering, because I am free for civilian refugees from Ndugama and the large Lani they will be placed there;
5. Whenever and wherever we will continue the war until there is international intervention, especially by the UN organization, we intervene, we will stop the war;
6. I am Maj. Gen. Lekagak Telenggen as the field officer in the operation commander of the whole land of Papua, saying that all KODAP immediately moved this year, and this year must start an open war.
